The Esther wing of the Womens Fellowship at Winners Chapel Ghana is observing Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 

 

Their primary goal is to raise awareness about breast cancer and educate the public about the disease. Additionally, they are providing screening services to detect any related diseases among the general population.

 

The group collaborated with Medifem Hospital to raise awareness about breast cancer and promote the wellbeing of both women and men in the area. 

 

They aimed to sensitize the community about the dangers of breast cancer and educate them on preventive measures. 

 

During an interview with Dr. Irene Ntiamoah, a medical practitioner at Medifem Hospital, she emphasized the importance of breast examination for women, encouraging them to gather more information about breast cancer. 

 

Dr. Ntiamoah highlighted that breast cancer is a common disease affecting women of reproductive age, and mentioned smoking and excessive alcohol intake as some of the risk factors associated with it.

 

Furthermore, Dr. Ntiamoah urged women to seek early treatment if they notice any symptoms of breast cancer.
